I've done a spoon bending workshop. The Truth is, the spoons are incredibly easy to bend because they're thin and not meant to be strong in that way/in that direction. I've bent a very very thick spoon and even a big rod of aluminum. But still, these spoons we use for these classes are so weak and thin and easy to bend. Try this with something that's actually hard to bend. But yes, I've seen little girls bend stuff that seemed really impressive but in reality, it's not hard to bend what is weak.
