A.o.A Respected Sir Kindly make a video on the cancelation report prepared by the police in criminal cases and prosecution requests to court pls conduct the trail due to good material available on record against the criminal. Bez IO make the base less report. If the trail shall be conducted so how will the trail conduct and which kind of thing we need to follow during trail. How do we exhibit the document during trail? Regards

Sir , i would like to reproduce the last two lines of sub-section 2 of 164 : "And such statements and confessions shall then be forwarded to the magistrate by whom the case is to be inquired into or tried ". As Honourable sohail nasir shb said that only magistrate having the jurisdiction in his local limis could record the statement. Then what does sub-section 2 of section 164 means ?
