Because anything that isn't sanitized well enough is considered by advertisers to cast a dark shadow on their brand, which means they won't run ads on any video that a four year old can't watch. This is despite the fact many advertisers can and do advertise porn, gore, illegal gambling, scams, and actual illegal content, which isn't policed by KZbin. Because KZbin doesn't actually have any moral quandary over these things, they simply blacklist them to make the advertisers paying their bills happy.

That's something that always annoyed me; people didn't just die to give people the right to vote, they also died to give them the choice _not_ to vote as per an abstinence protest. The degree to which it works varies from country to country and the voting in question (eg. some systems require a minimum number of votes to be cast or the result is void), but not voting is still a valid choice in any election.

But this episode can't really be applied to the current elections, because in the episode Stan also wants to vote, but he doesn't see the difference between a doosh and a turd. But if we look at the current elections, I do see a big difference between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. One wants to abolish democracy and the other wants to preserve democracy. Kyle's actions, like trying to pressure Stan into voting, really make me question the whole process. It's one of the reasons I don't vote. I understand and respect the sacrifices people made for my right to vote, but I find it hard to care about voting. If I support someone and they end up making things worse, I feel responsible. I fully support and even try myself to do what I can to save this planet for however long we have on this Earth. I try to respectfully advise others about how we treat the planet in general as a society, but when we have scientists, eco researchers and engineers, as well as political parties, etc... that try to make a change on a larger scale, it seems like the efforts of these eco-activists will be seen as minimal if they're are covering paint over historic pieces of art or glueing themselves to streets. What they're fighting for is very important and should be acknowledged. Still, there are better ways to grab people's attention regarding the severity of the issue without resorting to actions that will only garner resentment and make said activists appear as desperate individuals from an arrogant person's perspective, especially if they are in their way. Im not against the protest; Im just saying there are better/smarter methods to gain support for a vital issue that affects us all
