im facing issue to clear chara world where the enemies are always higher than my current level, or should i do chara world on post game? Right now im doing powerleveling to lv400 at 5-2 map

You definitely want a flying character with higher levels.

By going through chara world. Have the learner in the same squad or building as the learn-ED.
