Grats on defeating Carnage Baal! I'm curious what other methods you tried and where you struggled. And yeah, the Wind Bit really is a pain. It's why I always try to attack from the green area. You had to switch weapons because movement doesn't work on subweapons. Baal Sword (like other Item God 2 R40 weapons) starts with 1 movement, Yggdrasil (like other mystery room R40 weapons) starts with 0 movement. Something major I noticed that could've helped is Purgatory. Crit damage evilities (Purgatory, Critical Point, Kamikaze) are a separate multiplier from ATK ADJ and DMG which are additive with themselves (and hence suffer diminishing returns). Purgatory is almost always worth its slots. Aggression and Power Shot only work on normal attacks (including counters), so don't work with Squad Attack. Bushido can work with Squad Attack, but only against a single-enemy squad - Killia's Squad Attack was hitting 4 Baals, so Bushido didn't work. Baal doesn't fly, though the Bits indeed do. Also fun fact: the Wind and Fire bits are counted as male, the Water and Star Bits are counted as busty females (which is a game mechanic in Disgaea 5, because why not?).

Yes it took some moving things around to finally get the win but I finally destroyed him. Did not think about purgatory, you're right I should have tried that one. I think I watched one of your videos and tried one of your methods I can't remember but something wasn't working for me. I think you had some evilty that nullified his attacks coming out of the panel. I thought it was great but just wasn't working for me (I probably did something wrong) but nonetheless I was forced to try my own method and combination of evilties. The main take away that every body mentioned was the same though "just add tons of attack, and squad attack". Just feels good now to be amongst those that have defeated him lol

@@WinksontheWeekend Damage Cut prevents damage that's less than 5% of your max HP. It can block Baal's base panel hits but you need 10b+ HP (2b HP curry and 4 soft-capped items with 300% aptitudes and maxed weapon/armour mastery). I think that was the 3 units vs 20* Carnage Baal fight? That's one of the fights that leans more towards self-imposed challenge. Funnily enough the team of Prinnies version (not the Prinny solo - that was a BAAAD idea) is closer to a serious method, it's just the unit choice was intentionally silly.

It was pretty funny when I easily beat normal Baal and then I went to try Carnage Baal and just got rekt. I couldn't even leave the base panel. haha
