Disgaea Bad Ending

You get this ending if you have killed any of your own allies during the game. There's a small part after the credits are done rolling (7:19), make sure you don't miss it.

Laharl is so selfless in this ending, he gave up everything for Flonne. If that isn't love then I don't know what is.

I was so mad and eye sweaty that I refused this to be the ending and then I found out there was multiple endings and there was hope after all.. THis ending though My god. He did what his momdid to him and just UGGGGGGG ... v.v

Yeah And laharl doesn't take sacrafices very lightly I mean see the ending where a character Sacraficed her self to save the netherworld in D2

What the Seraphim and Laharl did really shows how bad anger and vegnance in a realistic way. Sure Laharl killed him, ruining the plan to bring her back, thus showing vegnance is hollow and won't fix anything. But you have to admit: You would be angry at someone if they had supposedly killed someone you cared about, even if you are a loving person. Heck, I wouldn't be too surprised if someone ended up consumed in it like Laharl was. Still, I don't Iike how the Seraphim gambled with Flonne's life like that, as he must had realized there was a chance Laharl would kill him for that.

The irony is that Mao would have broken the challenge in a different way by _keeping_ the Seraph alive (very different from _letting_ someone live) as a guinea pig even if the Seraph would have begged and screamed for death. That way, Flonne would have still come back. Typically, when some god tries to test you in this way, you can "pass" the test by either being what is consider "good" or breaking the limit of what is considered "evil". There is a line in Overlord that, in Nazarick, the merciful end for an offender is a quick death. In other way, killing someone _is_ the good path, as opposed to what happens if they're not dead.

This is why I'm glad in future games they limit the ally kill count ONLY to the main character and it has to be in extremes just to get a bad or worst endings. Only one accidental ally kill nets you this ending.

you can let poison or geo effects kill him as well and get that ending i did it and it doesn't register in the extras that way i was therefore very confused when i got it 5/5 and also ty for showing the credits as well as i now know that i have to get this ending for the last BGM :( i don't like it though even if it's a bit happier than the early endings...

@@justincando1 You attack them. The game will let you know by displaying the message "that's an ally!". You can also do this by accident by letting them get caught up in a multi-space attack (ex. Meteor Impact). If you got the good ending first try, that's actually pretty good! Most people end up killing someone unintentionally once or twice.

I got this ending by killing too many of the Disgaea senators during a bill if it were vetoed. I am very grateful I got this ending as it had more of an impact to me; more so than the good/normal ending did .

Uhh, killing Hoggmeister doesn't get this ending. If you kill him, you get a totally different ending. Plus, I didn't kill him, nor any of my allies.

Giancarlo Olio There is also a mid boss ending. As well as several others. One in which I believe is beating a item god which is found on the 100th level of an item. And the item has to be golden.

Yep there is, according to the wiki this is the Normal Ending, what you're speaking of is the bad ending. Aside from the bad ending there is also another bad ending(bad ending 2), known for killing the item god or something. The easiest ending to get was the good ending. Because, all you need is to just avoid killing allies and not being of an achiever to pursue in kiling the item god :p also avoid using the persuade by force option on the dark assembly.

the show takes after the game, this is the regular or bad ending for disgaea fare, true ending occurs when you havent killed any allie and in which laharl never kills lamington, only knocks him and tries to take his life, to which mid boss is able to get in time along with laharl mothers souls which do a final farewell to him with krichevskoi
