Ingredients and Preparation
Oil 200 ml
Chopped onion
Brown the onion
Ginger and Garlic paste
Add Chopped tomatoes and green chilies
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Ground spices powder 1/2 tsp
Now add Quails
Cook for 20 minutes
Now add 3 liters of water
Cook for 5 minutes on high flame and 25 minutes on low flame
Chopped coriander
Its ready to serve
Salad for sobat
Onion
Cucumber
Tomato
Peach..
