Dishonored 2 - New Game+ Speedrun

The idea of this run is to ONLY have +3 runes from the original NG. This allows us to buy blink, no bonecharms or money carried over will be used - only those three runes for blink. Theoretically this would allow for the perfect route, using emilys far reach for clips sometimes and blink for mobility, while also still having to pick up runes for agility 2 & blink 2. Kinda want to see how fast we can get with this.
