What is your model number? What all is going on with the machine? Do you know the actual temperature going into the machine?

For some reason my soap dispenser pops open mid cycle, any ideas?

It's supposed to open mid-cycle. The first cycle is the rinse cycle. The soap dispenser opens after the drain cycle and after start of the wash cycle. I hope this helps.

It dispenses but lands on the dishes bottom rack. The stuff that makes it to the bottom of the dish washer won't dissolve...
