@@remiclog Shark have a thing on their website asking Influencers to get in touch. I looked it up to see if it was a thing. I tried to post it and KZbin said I was trying to post something which violated community guidelines 🙄. Can't see how, it was just a link to their website. I'll try again in a separate post but if I can't post the link might be worth you looking it up? You've got nearly 100k on here now, I bet they'd love to hear from you!

My husband caught the Norovirus. We work together at a hospital in our neck of the woods. Everyone at the hospital was getting sick. I isolated my husband to use only one bathroom, changed and washed the bed linen daily, had him use disposable plates and cups during the duration, and then I cleaned the area that he was isolated with diluted bleach water. I wiped down light switches, hand railing, door knobs, all surfaces that were near him. I did not catch the Norovirus. The hospital was preparing for my absence thinking I would catch it. I explained what I did and the hospital units were wiped down with diluted bleach water, used disposable dishes and cups, isolated the sick to certain rooms. This ended the mini epidemic! Florence Nightingale became famous because she opened up the windows, gave everyone a bath, changed their sheets, wiped down their bedside, threw out their trash, and most importantly she washed her hands. Great job!

I love how you explain in detail. It's not rambling to me, it makes perfect sense. I am just like you but, across the pond, as you might say. My parents didn't divorce but, I was raised much like you. My mother was so organized and kept me organized so I never learned habits to break my slobby ways. As a mom of two, I know the virus round you refer too. It hit on cue again this year, right after school began. I adore all your videos, keep up the great work!

Well done cleaning all of that. We are in Wales 🇬🇧 and honestly it is a relief finding someone living, cleaning and filming in a normal UK home, similar to mine etc rather than those American mansions with 3 sitting room and a giant basement with enough space for 5 boxes of Halloween decorations, ten of Christmas decorations when I struggle to fit 1 box of autumn/Halloween decorations and 2 boxes of Christmas decor in my tiny attic... Thank you for a very relatable video!!! Take care and keep up the good work 💪🏻👏🏻✌🏻

Lol...I live in East Texas...and, Remi is so...US ! I find her so authentic and engaging...I love her house but mostly how cozy she makes it and how much she loves her boys. She is wise beyond her years. So refreshing! ❤

BTW...those 'American mansions' are kept by people who are either trying to be like everyone else...buying stuff all the time...and making their homes look like a collection of displays at Hobby Lobby...or...they are being managed (barely) by people who spend ALL of their time working and not enough time on their children. Remi shows people what is important...she should call her channel..."Balancing Act"❤❤❤

@@sabrinasetzler689 So, I'm from the US too & this comment is totally insulting. We live in a house so small it's like living in a shoebox. You know why? Cause we can't afford all these McMansions that are everywhere. I gave up my 2 jobs to stay home with our son when he was born & haven't gone back to work again because he is autistic & I want to be there for him. My husband brings in our only money now & our dreams of getting a nicer house with enough room for everyone will never happen. And you know what? My decorations sit in 3 totes in the garage cause that's all the room we have. So I don't go to hobby lobby to buy more. I don't know your situation but I don't make assumptions about others just because of where we're from. I came here to watch Remi, who I find inspiraring & kind, & don't need to read about how bad us people from the US are. I also meant this for @morose9150. Don't judge.

I’m having empathy pains for you, Remi! Years ago I got a bad case of food poisoning from-of all things-a wedding reception. About 30 people got sick. I was so sick all I could do was make it to the bathroom from the bed and back again. By afternoon I was dying of thirst, but every time I headed for the kitchen I wound up in the bathroom instead. I had to call my neighbor to bring me a glass of water.😂. We lived in a tiny one bed/one bath house and my then-husband came down with it 12 hours after me. He brought in a five gallon bucket just in case, but we were able to manage in the bathroom in alternating shifts. For nausea I highly recommend two or three peppermint Altoids; they really work! And hey-they are made in U.K. Greetings from Florida. 😊

I just love you. I was born with depression, anxiety, dyslexia my entire life. I to have a positive keep fighting attitude and I never give up. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, I knew I was hyper then and hard for my mom to handle, but I am 58 years old, I knew nothing about it, I didn't understand why I did certain things, how to "fix" myself. I became great at masking myself and was truly able to learn things on my own to make my life easier. I never understood how my ADHD effected me, until recently. Sites like your's from people who are challenged from the same thing as me are teaching me to better understand myself. You repeat often that you suffer from executive function disorder and had no idea what it was or how it effected people with it. I am learning now and I definitely have it. One of the huge things I could never get control of is cleaning and organizing. It is absolutely crippling. I tell my mom I making progress in one room and next thing I know I am cleaning in another room, never truly finishing anything. She had no idea what i was talking about. I have read books, watch educational videos and nothing works. In fact it was down right discouraging. You my dear have finally given me hope that I can have the clean and organized house. On top of that I feel good after I watch you not defeated. I feel good, because of you. Thank you, trying to overcome this the wrong way for so long it is going to take practice, but I know I'll get there. It is because I found you. You are making a difference beyond your bubble. Keep it up I gain something new from every video. You have changed the life of this 58 year old woman in America, Las Vegas, Nevada. By the way, my executive function disorder at this point in my life completely shuts me down. My brain stops working, I even physically freeze. I have listened, I am going to take a step towards the postive everyday. Might be baby steps but I am going to choose something everyday.

Might sound gross but, I keep buckets on hand for if the kids get sick. They are small, and can't always make it to the bathroom on time. They get really upset when they can't make it and it's more work for me, too! We also have mattress protectors all round, and when the kids are unwell we tuck the pillows under there so nothing gets on those, no sheet only blankets. Clean up is much easier all around. Single mother with 3 small kids, make it work how I can. We also have hard floors throughout the home so that's easier to handle too. 😂

It doesn’t matter! When you get it , you get!! Ps- bleach & water is also my friend! What was good for my mum is good enough for me!! I feel for you , god bless you & chalk it up for a stronger immune system!!! You remind me of my mother & how she would make a bad situation feel secure ! Your such a sweet wife & mother ✝️♥️🇺🇸

Love the family bed. I can relate to your pregnancy sickness. I was sick with both of mine, who are four years apart because I was afraid to be so sick again with a toddler. First time I couldn't eat - food made me nauseous. I lost weight (not heavy to begin with) and didn't gain anything until I was six months. I had to leave work at four months, and couldn't do much but rest. I SO wanted to love being pregnant. I did love birth, though. I had home births both times with midwives. Good thing, too, because I had rotten postpartum both times, especially with my first who had trouble nursing in the beginning and was very needy. With my second I was in bed for seven months. This time I couldn't tolerate fluids so I was on an IV for five months. Some people were kind, others thought I was looking for attention. I could eat this time (as long as it would stay down), but it was like the WORST flu where you can't even lift your head off the pillow. It was depressing. I couldn't stand light or sound or smells! I remember thinking that I didn't realize how lazy I really was, until I gave birth and felt better and remembered that I was actually ambitious! It was like a switch flipped and I was myself again. Oh the joys of motherhood :)
