Thank you so much, this actually worked for me. I was almost destroyed at the idea of losing decades worth of pictures, videos, memories, music and other stuff. You're a life saver dude. No idea how you figured out this would work but I am some glad you did! Lol I'm not completely computer illiterate but it was my first time messing around with the wires inside the box. Opened em up for cleaning alot but never knew what plug went where. Thanks again for the info!

Worked perfect the first try for me. And I had already tried a bunch of other ways from dudes speaking half english lol barely understanding what they were getting at. Pretty cool you don't even have to go into the boot loader screen or BIOS. Whatever that is, idk that stuff. It's like it's tricking the computer into trying to start, then you plug in the wires to the hard drive after it gets past the screen where you would have gotten the disk boot failure lol no memory lost, worked awesome. Couldn't be happier. I had decades worth of data on that PC I thought was lost.

It is smart to be skeptical though. While lot of POS out there who laugh at people losing their valuables. This dude is one of the good ones, straight up.
