when honasan rebelled against the government, where was the supreme court to punish him? when in fact he violated against the military law under the articles of war? was it because honasan was a PMA graduate that the Supreme Court did not dip their fingers on? when honasan led the 1986 revolt, was he ever punished? we have a double standard in administering the law, and its a shame. so as with Trillanes.with his case under the military jurisdiction, why was he allowed to even participate in an election, when he himself had committed an act under the articles of law. if find it disgusting to read and know that the Supreme Court is very selective in its DUE PROCESS.
