In some of the break rooms, the characters are there in costume without the head piece eating or smoking. Mostly complaining about how some parent got pissed off about not getting the type of picture they want because they have to keep the lines moving because the characters are on time limits. The most ridiculous magic crusher is when the princesses are in the break room with a total 180 personality from being whatever they were casted as. I’ve met Belle and Jasmine at Epcot and let me tell you, the way they talk backstage dropping slurs and talking ish about the other girls casted as the other princesses could be made into it’s own reality show and make f’n bank. But that was back in 2009 for me, so by now, I know a bunch of policies have been put into place like NDAs to keep things like this from getting out. I will say though, working there, was a one in a lifetime experience in both good, bad, and meh levels of what you could expect.
