There is no way that Belos is worse than Bill Cipher. Belos’s actions only affected the boiling isles, Bill destroyed his own home dimension and if he succeeded in expanding Weirdmaggedon on the rest of the world he could have destroyed existence and would’ve caused destruction on other universes as well. He tries to turn children into corpses and tried to kill Mabel “just for the heck of it”. He is the most evil Disney channel villain by a destroyed universe. Edit: Thanks for all the likes.

@@that0negreenguy Belos’s crimes only affected the Boiling Isles, Bill Cipher destroyed an entire dimension and if he succeeded in expanding Weirdmageddon on the world he could’ve destroyed the very fabric of existence. He unleashed Weirdmageddon on Gravity Falls which caused countless amounts of havoc and deaths, turned hundreds of citizens into statues and stacked them into a stone of frozen human agony, tried to disassemble Dipper and Mabel’s molecules, and tried to kill Mabel “just for the heck of it”. Thats way worse than anything Belos has ever done.

Usually, when I see a ranking of a character in the wrong spot, I can get over it. 😭 I'm sorry but putting Bill as not the most evil character is objectively wrong. He literally is chaos in carnet. He's threatened the 3Dimension, destroyed his own Dimension, and was stated by the Timebaby to have the power to destroy the universe. Sure, The Core and Emperor Belos are evil in their own right but sometimes feats do matter for evil no matter how cruel they are, they don't compare to Bill.

The core is an emotionless being that has zero empathy and only cares about staying on top and killing anyone who dares to challenge that so even someone like the son of one of the core residents hates the core plus the fact it was such a sore loser it was willing to destroy a planet in order to still “win” in the end. Bill enjoys seeing others die like lord dominator and just like her he doesn’t have any messed up reason why while the core and belos are completely evil with their reasons and their actions.

Plus, how is Rodney, a guy who nearly endangered all of humanity by trying to put the Earth under a new Ice Age and Phillum Benedict, who wanted to do pretty much the same thing as Rodney to put a end to Summer Vacation, less evil than Shego, who redeemed herself, 2nd Dimension Doof, who temporarily redeemed himself, and Lord Hater and Magica DeSpell, who have both done genuinely heroic deeds?!?

Yeah, if they were in the ranking, this is where I would place them. Obake would be in the least evil since even though he did almost destroy the city, it was his ambition, and he basically feels Luke a parody of Doc Ock from the live action Spider-Man movie 2. Diane Amara would be with the villains who were thinking they were doing the right thing, since she was created by her creator Liv to say her life, by the cost of other people's lives. Trina would be in the most evil as well. Literally took over the city with an army of robots.

Bill actually treated the henchmaniacs good, when the time baby arrived he could have just run away leaving them alone... But no, he erased the time baby helping his "friends", having alley makes you less evil... But manipulating your own supporter is way more evil... This debate reminds me of Cyrus and Ghetsis, Pokémon Villains... The first one plan is way more destructive and powerful, but the second one is way more cruel and sadistic (same here with Bill and Belos)

Though I mean technically Belos had more in common with Star than Toffee, I mean they both at least attempted to commit mass genocide and bring harm to magic users. Only the later succeeded because she was a girl. *Sure you got rid of magic, but as Nefcy stated.. Only MEWMAN magic was destroyed.*

My favourite villain is Magica de Spell, always has been. Altho I liked her in the old ducktales a bit more due to her more classic design. And that she will never be stopped on her quest to steal Scrooges coin! And she got a pretty epic fight in the Ducktales game where she revived Count Duckula and controlled him to wipe Scrooge out!
