It's worth pointing out that Dib has even at times showed some concern for Zim. When he was captured by Sizzlor and brought to Foodcourtia, Dib actually came by to see if Zim was okay after being out of school for a few days. Dib's primary objective is for Zim to give up the invasion. The thoughts of dissecting him for fame are more like his Plan B. So... Yeah, absolutely the top spot for him.

Theres more I don't watch enough of the series to remember But the worst part is unlike Finn though him Losing Fire Princess is bullshit due doing shit thats way too out of character, atleast finn is willing to learn from mistakes ok well most of them, that donut witch situation is still not resolved.(Jakes refused to actually accept where failed and Finn agreed with for some reason) PB, despite never actually Making up for her racism against her, Gets Cool Legendary Vampire GF, away from all of her crimes and a Generally Good ending for her. It'd be one thing if the show enknowlegde this being bad but with the caviat "Sometimes bad people just get away with it" exploring that kind of real thing, though it can be more rare yeah sometimes a bad person gets away with their bullshit. But the show doesn't do that, it doesn't treat PB as the intersting Flawed she is, instead they just treat her as their "She did nothing wrong" child that is a bit flawed. That's digusting and a missed opputunity for her to earn her Vampire GF, it would've made that Gay representation more sound because of both of those people are people. Instead only one is treated as such. Which then leads to any fanart of them being ingorant to this be so digusting as a result, she didn't earn her forgiveness yet she was allowed to anyway. Making her less intersting as a result. Anyway basically she deserves to way lower, she may stil have good intentions in protecting her people guenly but her refusal to learn from her lack of emotional Intellgience is a problem.

As wicked binge stated that she tends to play god to her creations. If any of her creations pose as a threat or anything that doesn’t seem fit to her system then she would get rid of them as soon as possible. For example, when she created the rattleball soldiers (sentient gumball machines). Due to their over success results to their “program”, instead of reprogramming their coding she committed genocide to all the rattleballs. As mentioned, she even manipulated fin to be her soldier and protector at a young age for fin and not care to much for who he is a person.

I can't consider Baljeet a stereotype. He's just Indian. They don't make fun of his culture or heritage and there's more than a few times it's referenced by him or others in the show. He was in the show because the execs wanted a perspective of a kid who didn't have summer vacation, hence an Indian immigrant. But he was done very well and is one of the most well-rounded and explored characters on the show.

Honestly, I had no idea that Princess Bubblegum would be ranked the most evil cartoon nerd! I’ve watched many episodes of Adventure Time and I saw some of her bad traits, including the fact that she took advantage of Finn’s crush on her.
