Next time you port in Cozumel (Koh-zoo-mail) by San Miguel centre and don't have plans for lunch, I highly recommend Pescaderia San Carlos seafood restaurant. They have the freshest most delicious fish just caught that morning and the prices are very reasonable. Cash only. Save more by paying in pesos. Also, on your way back to the ship, pop by the MEGA shop!
