a couple of notes about requesting food from other restaurants - you cannot do this on the Wish, and most likely the Treasure when it comes out due to configuration of the kitchens. The tip about tipping the staff extra if you order off other menus is a good one. Even better, if you know in advance that you will want something off one of the other menus the next night, telling your server at dinner the night before helps the dining team immensely. When you order from another restaurant, typically the Assistant Server has to run to the other restaurant's kitchen area to get the food, which while connected in some cases is still taking them away from the restaurant they are in. This not only puts more burden on the Server as well, but also affects all of the other tables that that team services since they are gone for an extended time. Basically, if you know in advance you want Deep Fried Brie when you're going to be in Animator's Palate just tell them in advance. Helps them, helps you, and helps all of the other cruisers around you.

We absolutely loved our servers on the Disney cruise. They really got to know us and had things ready before we even had to ask. Also, they did magic tricks and puzzles and other stuff while we were waiting for our food. Really took the whole experience to another level. Oh and my nieces and nephew were kids at the time and they let them order off the adult menu if they wanted to or if the kids menu didn't appeal to them.

I've only been on 1 cruise so now that you mentioned dine and play I remembered seeing the cast member coming to get the kids. Very good to know that information because I didnt know what was going on.

Palo is their Northern Italian Specialty dining restaurant. Pirate night is a day filled with pirate themed activities, pirate menu at dinner, pirate deck party, and many people dress-up in pirate costumes. It will end with fireworks at sea.

@@honestscentz9300 All of the quick service locations, buffet, and main dining restaurants are included with the price of the cruise. There is also ice cream on deck and almost all of the 24-hour room service that is included. There are some food items that are an additional fee, Palo the premium restaurant is $45 per person, and there are a few packaged items from room service that have a fee, and popcorn at the theatre has a charge as well.

How do you request a table ?

If you have a Travel Agent, you will tell them what your request is and they will relay that to Disney Cruise Line. If you made your own reservation, call Disney Cruise and make the request.
