Thank you so much for those heartwarming words, Mr Star ! Don't worry, even if the results are often frustrating, I love creating pictures in this game too much to just give up. What I enjoy the most every wednesday is not the results, but the excitement of the discovery of the new theme so I can begin creating something new. Of course I wish I din't get robbed almost every week (I created something new for every challenge except the first two weeks and got 4k only 5 times), but I'll always prefer creativity over moonstones, and I just love the pictures this game allows you to do. Also big thank you to this amazing community. I receive so many loving and supporting comments every week on discord servers about my submissions that I don't need anything else to be happy.

Pour moi c'était la plus belle de toutes les photos, j'ai voulu m'en inspirer mais je me suis dit que ça me prendrait trop de temps du coup j'ai fait quelque chose de moins original et j'ai été classé 92ème. Ta photo est pourtant largement plus jolie que la mienne, c'est incompréhensible.

my guess is everyone was voting and looking for snow, since Mike's picture has little to no snow people who voted quickly didn't even see how beautiful it was and voted for the other submission, that is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!

I honestly think it’s because he’s a guy.. the picture was beautiful but a lot of people just have a bias towards female avatars because of the beautiful dresses and clothes that are available for them.. he was completely robbed

Wtf.. HOW THE HELL did Monsieur Mike get 600 moonstones!!! I truly felt the indoor submissions in true Arendelle spirit got so so robbed this time, and anything that didn't feel like a repeat of last time's winter submission. I don't know if I just misunderstood the challenge, but I was so so disappointed 😞 Also, one of my best submissions was a split room submission back when we had fire and water 🌊🔥

you definitely got upstaged by your Kitty! and honestly I agree that his rank and reward was a complete robbery I noticed that a lot of submissions that tried to follow the theme which was not winter at all But Arendelle Showcase got robbed Gameloft abandoned their own theme and rewarded those who didn't follow the theme

What I’m learning about dream snaps is that you need to be obvious about the theme. Very obvious. If you deviate even a little it will be bad for you no matter how beautiful the scene. Minister Mike’s submission was a 4k shot.

Obvious, but not too literal! When its too close to reality, you're scoring lower again. It's a fine balance between completely obvious and fantastical.

I wonder also…. If an algorithm with pairing photos doesn’t show dreamsnaps as much which are more creative. I’ve wondered this from the start.

I have the same theory. If the algorithm pairs similar photos, it would be logical that more unique pictures don't find their "match" and don't show as often.

No matter how off-theme Mike's submission was, there are still countless completely useless submissions from people just snapping something for the 300ms. He should have AT LEAST gotten 1500, just because it's by default better than the tens of thousands of mindless shots. It doesn't make sense. His submission is the first one I'm considering to actually print and hang up - it's THAT good. And I have won once lol! I wish I could send him the moonstones he deserved...

that's the thing it wasn't a winter challenge it was Arendelle showcase and it definitely looked like it could have been taken somewhere in Arendelle so it was most definitely on theme all those wintery ones with the Cinderella dress that scored so high were the ones that were off theme
