Thanks for the review. My wife and I have this restaurant booked on the cruise but after seeing it advance in your video, we;ve decided to cancel it. The food isn't anything we like. We don't drink alcohol. I see it's mostly about the presentation. The Chef and Apprentices was one of the top restaurants in the country in Cranston, RI. I've dined there many times. It was run by Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts School in Providence, RI. It was always very memorable to eat there. We'll pass on Remy's.

Ha ha... well... I have not been back to Cabanas since that meal at Remy. We were totally stuffed and sadly we left in the morning without even having a final breakfast at Cabanas.

Fun Video! We have done Palo a few times on our cruise and were always blown away by the dinner and brunch there. We are curious about Remy but the $100 per person seems like so much since Palo is so good and also any general meal on the ship is so good for far less cost. Is Remy that much better than Palo for the extra money? Now that the freshness of the experience is over and you've thought about it, is it worth doing and spending the extra cash? Ryan Dierking for the over all experience I would say yes. We have never had a meal come close the what we have experienced at Remy. A similar meal at Victoria’s and Alberts at the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World goes for about $185 - $235 pp . Then add in wine , special Japanese wagu Beef and Caviar... I have see some posts of receipts that are $1200 for two people. I am not saying $100 per person is not a lot , but it will be something you are not likely to ever forget.
