In de kerstvakantie komt Disney in Concert met een geheel nieuwe show terug in Amsterdam. Ditmaal met het thema ‘Believe in Magic'. Een 55-koppig live orkest en vele ster-solisten brengen de meest geliefde Disney songs. Met op een groot scherm de originele filmbeelden uit oa. The Lion King, Encanto en Frozen.
Een van die solisten is de jonge zangeres Emma Kok, met een medley uit Pinocchio en Anastasia op het podium van Musical Awards: The Kick-Off.
In Musical Awards: The Kick-off presenteren de nieuwste musicalproducties zich aan het publiek, met spectaculaire liveoptredens onder muzikale begeleiding van het orkest van Maurice Luttikhuis.

Wauw.... dit staat weer als een huis... En die laatste noot: een juweeltje!! Je gaat daar inmiddels eigenlijk ook een beetje op rekenen als Emma het toneel betreed, ja toch? En het lijkt mij toe dat zo'n compilatie van songs ook nog eens aanzienlijk moeilijker (door veranderingen in tempo én totaal verschillende melodie) is te zingen dan volledige songs, maar de échte kenners weten vast wel te vertellen of ik dat bij het rechte eind heb.

Yes, it is the so called "Kick Off" for the complete new show "Disney in Concert" , which is held on the 4th of january 2025 in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Emma will be one of the singers .

I have always been a fan of good old Walt Disney and impressed how he made the world a little better for children and their parents . My children loved it, my son had much problems with his health as a child and Disney helped him. His dream, to make cartoons himself, succeeded a little.
