Great dolls Love ❤ Prince Eric except for the molded on pants Don't understand that concept DDP especially since his other clothing and those terriffic boots are removable Tip 101 DDP Try these on your Minnie Me just for fun if they'll fit him The white shirt and vest will look great Mr Tall Dark and Handsome Too bad the pants are molded on him (???!!!) He's a handsome doll worth rebodying As we used to to say in regards to that old expression The top can stay but that bottom has got to go Lol! A fun set

Thanks for reviewing this set, DisneyD Prince! Regarding Prince Eric: 1. His face reminds me of Adam's from The World of Love (Hasbro) dolls from the 1970s. 2. He looks sallow-toned to me also. 3. I LOVE the separate white shirt, blue vest, and separate boots! 4. I LOATHE molded on pants and worse, that action figure hip "articulation" - really Mattel, couldn't we at least have had a standard Fashionista body? 5. Thanks for offering the possibility that Mattel might give a better body for him in a post-movie release set. If a Deluxe set never materializes, I might consider getting this set for an Eric head and the clothes pieces I like. I agree, this is more a $20.00 quality set rather than a $30.00 set. Regarding Ariel: 1. I agree that the pink boots are cute. 2. I would keep one of the other dolls and give this one away.

Maybe try testing his skintone againts a Hunter huntsman ever after high doll? I've been hoarding a Hunter-Huntsman for awhile trying to make a mini of my boyfriend. and that color looks similar and the sculpt is pretty good, but I don't want to toss the money in for an action-figure style doll that Isn't the right color that I won't even play with :( Ariel is so cute though! Her accessories and pieces I can see being reusable, but I really don't want that dress being too short for a re-body. Being a similar skintone to that eric is giving me Sephora PTSD Trying to find a foundation for me too!

Thanks for another great unboxing review. Would the singing Disney Store Ariel doll be a good match for body swapping this Mattel doll? Their skin tone looks the same to me but I’m not sure.

No because unfortunately the 4Ever dolls are broader bodies so her fashions probably won’t work since she’s petite

It is removable but once you take out those staples it’s probably not going to stay on the head very well unless you run some elastic threat through the hole and under the hair

Eric is more OLIVE Skin tone . Mediterranean? Also they look very Generic , years from now children are not going to know who these dolls are supposed to be. I'm not thrilled with this line of dolls

The generic look is kinda hard to avoid when they are based on real people and not cartoons
