Disney+ now available on ALL Sony Android TV's in UK & Europe - 2015 Models Onwards!

Extremely quick video just to highlight that Disney+ (Disney Plus) is now available to download from the Google Play Store on Sony Android TV's as far back as 2015 onwards within the UK and Europe.
If you have Android version 8.0 onwards installed, I will briefly show you how to get it on your home screen, how to enable the Disney+ channel, pin the app to your favourites and footer menu.
Good news! The app supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, 4K, UHD, 5.1 Surround Sound and Dolby Atmos.

Hi, I want to get Disney but I don't have ideas how to get , my TV is Sony Bravia but it's kinda old maybe 2014 or 2015 maybe older I'm not sure, I don't have Google plays store and I don't know how get ,no idea, please I need somebody help

Disney+ is only available on Sony models that have the Android TV operating system with Google play store. If you don't have Google play store, then you will not be able to get it directly through the TV. Perhaps buy another device which supports Disney+ and attach to your TV. Like a Chromecast? PS4? You can search online which devices are supported by Disney+.

I have the same TV as you, but when I downloaded it, it gave me no option to open the app. Location is UK

I cannot find the Disney app in the google play store, location is Germany. Any hints?

According to various articles, Germany is included. Which TV model do you have? Also, I know it sounds silly but restart the TV by holding your power button on the remote for about 8 seconds towards the tv to reboot. Once rebooted, then go to google play store, search for "Disney Plus" rather than Disney+ and see if that helps.

Try from here, play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.disney.disneyplus&hl=de You can send it to your TV from a web browser on a computer by selecting "installiert" and so long as its the same Google account you're using on the TV, you should see your TV listed to send it to your TV.

By trying the link, the popular windows tells me, that the article is not available in my country. Strange.... also the tip with Disney plus doesn’t work..... so I will AirPlay from iPad as Long as it is not available
