I actually do hope they don't have copyright troubles over this. Regardless of the author's intentions, the copyright wing of Star Wars, especially in how they administer to their literature, doesn't quite have the best reputation for being reasonable. Eckhart's Ladder on KZbin has some good videos going over some of their controversies.
