Welcome Travelers to lunch at our table at Bar Riva located at Disney's Riviera Resort. We had an awesome day and a great lunch. We continue on our Disney Quest to eat at every Disney restaurant. This restaurant was close to our experience at the next door Primo Piatto with just a chicken wing of a difference!

Hello traveling family!!! We love the Riviera Resort We were very fortunate to stay at the Riviera resort this past December. We had breakfast and lunch at Primo Piatto. We thought the food was really good for being a quick service. Now!! Bar Riva was by far our favorite spot 👌 We made a new friend, Chris, the bartender really a nice guy, and mixes excellent drinks. I had chicken wings and the burger. Kathy had the mediterranean salad with chicken add it. One of the times that we were there I asked Chris if I could get a charcuterie dish as it was not on the menu; they put a plate together for me. Thanks for another fun dining review. Howard ya can’t believe we started dating 40yrs ago. Unfortunately we had to postpone our cruise because I became Sick Friday night so Disney came to the rescue and rebooked us. Things happen and we are doing much better now.

We announced in our Facebook page and Instagram page that the crews was postponed till end of May. Friday night before crews I became ill so we called Disney and they rescheduled us. So been at home all this week recovering and looking forward to the end of May..

@@TravelingAroundDisney I wish it was a SKI liner LOL, Disney skiing would be sweet. We bought it unseen months before opening and skyliner was one of the reasons but the real sign was it opened on my Bday Dec 16th. that was enough for us and after our first stay ( 1 bedroom) we knew it was a right choice. This Sept we have 8 nights ( plus 4 at Copper and 1 Poly) can't wait to be back at our homes. Love you videos as always makes us feel like were there when we can't be, always appreciate them.

Hay Dave sadly the cruise was postponed till the end of May. I got sick Friday night and Disney rebooked us with no problems. So you just have to wait a little longer for those cruise videos lol. Hope your having a great week.

Dave Disney was awesome and rebooked it no problem. Was even able to get a Palo brunch this time. Can’t wait to go. We will take that as a Hugh compliment…… we love the Dis and have meet Pete and the crew many times. Just go watch there review of the wave when it moved to the top of the contemporary lol. We just give you our experiences and try not to judge the location to hard because we don’t know the whole story sometimes.

Your facial expressions eating the wings n veggies were cracking me up 😆. Kevin n I stopped there and debated getting the brie but ended up splitting the Italian Sandwich. They definitely have delicious flavorful food and the drinks were good too with a nice variety.

Happy anniversary!! My husband and I have been together for over 30 years. Married for, a little over, 27 years. Time flies by. I just love your videos. I'm so happy that you do these. It definitely helps when planning on where to eat. I know which ones I need to try and work and which ones I can pass on (for now). This one would be a . I think the food looks good but not something I would travel out of my way to go get. I love tomato soup, but going to the World in July kind of stops me from ordering soup. But, it's on my list. Just not towards the top. Michelle, you and I could be sisters separated at birth. LOL. I can't take a bite of anything without spilling some on me. LOL. The Riviera is so beautiful. Food was really good and these wings were big and very flavorful. That’s a great question. The ones at the Hanger Bar are pretty good. We loved the ones at unreserved but they were a little small. Kona wings aren’t bad either. Now we must do more research…

I haven't eaten at Bar Riva yet, but I love Primo Piatto. The QS at Riviera is a step above. It easily bests other well regarded WDW QS like The Mara at AKL and Captain Cook's at Poly.

Both apps looked really good. Had to laugh at Michelle's face after mentioning being together 40 years. My husband and I started dating right when we graduated high school so we've already been together about 17 years and it just makes us feel super old. Most of our friends are just married or have only been married a few years where we're coming up on 10 years in May. Hopefully when we get to 40 years we enjoy being together as much as you two do!
