I definitely plan to stay there. We just purchased resale at BWV. We also previously purchased direct from Disney at the Polynesian and love that resort.

Boardwalk definitely has a fun atmosphere. I think it's probably the favorite DVC resort of our children.

Agreed. My only real issue with it is the lack of a proper quick service option in the resort.

Boardwalk is great! I think it's our kid's favorite resort - especially the Luna Park Pool!

Hi, Jenn--This is the best video I've seen of BW. I'm staying for the first time in August, although I have spent time there. I used some of the amenities when similar ones at YC were closed during a trip I took ten years ago. BW is truly one of the best themed resorts and it's achieved in many small touches. I love the roller coaster maquette, the wicker chairs, the fading painted Showplace sign, the vacation postcards, the penny machines, the trompe l'oeil facades and so much more. I think the lawn requires a certain suspension of disbelief as I don't imagine there were many lawns on the urban Atlantic City boardwalk in those days. It seems to me that BW and Poly are the most universally liked WDW resorts. Thanks for this tour!

I don’t know if the rooms justify the price. They look very plain in my opinion. I never stayed at beach club but I’m considering an Epcot resort. I’m use to the more themed deluxe resorts. Did you enjoy your stay and did you feel any real Disney immersion or details while at the resort? Thanks for the video

Yeah, I would say that the rooms inside are not heavily themed, but the resort itself has good theming. Our kids absolutely LOVE Boardwalk! The location is great and the atmosphere is really fun! Boardwalk definitely feels more themed than Beach Club (we've stayed at both multiple times).
