14:43 Overall Thoughts on El Mercado de Coronado
at DIsney's Coronado Springs Resort
El Mercado de Coronado was previously known as the Pepper Market, a name that still resonates with long-time Disney theme park aficionados like Princess and the Bear. The El Mercado de Coronado dining area boasts high ceilings with bright skylights, creating an illusion of open-air dining while providing the comfort of an indoor setting. Among the various food stations, Tex-Mex options are a standout, offering a zesty fusion of flavors that are a nod to the resort’s theme. El Mercado de Coronado serves up a fast-casual fare fiesta, with a menu that dances through breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

That bowl looks delicious! Another thing I wish was offered in the parks or even the boardwalk for a nice lunch

Absolutely agree! There's a free space at the boardwalk now with Big River closed. Perfect place for a Create Your Own Something shop.

New to the channel and have to say I absolutely love your reviews. Staying at CSR again in September and I am excited as it has quickly become our favorite resort. Do you remember what flavors of Celsius were on the market? I carry the powder packs in Disney but they are not my favorite.

@@AM-kg5lz welcome! We're glad to have you here. There's like 2 or 3 flavors of Celsius. We remember apple and wild berry. Can't remember the third.

CSR is my fav mod, but it's not DVC so prob won't be staying there again anytime soon, last time I ate at 3 Bridges and it was good. years ago 1 of the times I actually got the dining plan I ate at El Mercado and you could get a steak for a quick service credit. wondering how you park at the resorts if you don't have a reservation for dining. I hear sometimes they give you a hard time for parking.

When you drive up to any hotel security booth at Disney World, there will be a sign somewhere by the building indicating parking availability for hotel guests/dining reservations only. If you see the sign, parking is a no go. If you don't see the sign, parking to dine without a reservation may be allowed. Otherwise, we take a bus from Disney Springs.

We’re staying here next time again but I did not like el Mercado last time. I’m wondering what’s a good place to get breakfast here? Vegan and non. I loved 3 bridges for dinner

That street corn looks amazing, but I'll avoid the Takis (nothing against anyone who likes them- its just my students would always bring them to class and almost every day I'd have to spend 30 minutes cleaning up the crumbs and bags. Because, Middle Schoolers. 😕)

I found the video you mentioned from right before the pandemic. You both seemed so upset, and you included clips of you interacting with cast members. It sounded like they weren’t even listening to you. Sorry if I’m bringing up aside spot, but I’m shocked you went back after that video.

It took us a reallllly long time to go back. We went through that in 2019 and we didn't have the courage to go back until 2023. Even the pandi couldn't convince us to go back until they added that plant-based chorizo. We've since met the executive chef, Josh, who made us feel better about the third party restaurants at Coronado as a whole.
