As a criminal justice major, I completely agree. The sad reality is that once you're faced with an allegation, especially something to do with minors, it's guilty until proven innocent. In some cases, guilty even after proven innocent

In some cases a situation can happen and a person wasnt wronged , but mentally they can believe it. So people are sensitive with these types of cases, the sexual offenders registry is to broad. And never question if a minor is lying, they will say what reason does such minor have to lie. Im talking about jurors, in most of these cases their is no real proof. But you can be found guilty and charged with no real proof, all that matters is if the jury believes you commited the crime.
