I do hope future development of the A1000’s make it even more realistic. While I like the animation feel of fluid movement I’ve seen some videos of animation mockup of the Elsa animatronic in frozen ever after compared to the actual running animatronic and it’s not as snappy when her arms are moving which makes it feel a bit more stiff. You can kinda see that with the shaman too. I think they could fix this problem but maybe it’s an aesthetic thing
@deanpope2055

@@coreslistgirl I agree, I think there’s definitely work to be done, I just really like the direction they’re going with the change between the A100 and A1000 models, I hope they keep improving on that design style because it’s some of the coolest animatronic technology I think I’ve ever seen and I’m quite the enthusiast lmao

I remember reading my first fnaf conspiracy theories back in August 2014, and reading how animatronics are actually fitted with discontinued experimental deadly endoskeletons that were used as a weapon in the army, and that they somehow made their way into a children's pizzaria when the company had secretly aquired them. But at night, when their "character mode" deactivates, they go into "battle mode" where they sneak for their enemy, as they were programmed to do. This theory never applies, but a fun side of me is amazed at the possibility of fnaf animatronics in their bare endoskeleton suits, buffed like scary terminators, handling weapons and fighting in serian warefare in the late 1980's. Even if Chuck E Cheese can't get free-roaming animatronics, it would be nice to see them have more advanced animatronics. Granted, they'd need to DRASTICALLY overhaul the character designs, especially Chuck E himself [at least the 2D art of PTT era, Tux era, and Avenger era Chuck were cute, Rockstar era Chuck on the other hand is just plain hideous IMO]. I'd like to see them combine elements from PTT, Tux, and Avenger CEC eras. Chuck himself for example could keep the purple and green color scheme, but regain his tux, derby, and snarky personality back. The fluid movements of this Disney animatronics are exactly how a new take on the CEC animatronics could be.

"The new animatronics need to be recharged only once a day, we coded so that they last to 6 am. There have been a few problems with free roaming starting at midnight, but that's not a big deal, our night guard has that covered."

Duuuude, that Mcueen showcase at the end was ridiculously good. I wouldn’t be surprised if they got it to drive around freely without wires sooner than when they get legged ones to walk.

The projection screens aren’t all that disappointing, really. Gotta remember that the faces hold the most moving parts of you want complex facial expressions, leading to the parts being incredibly small and packed together. Maintenance is impossible. And you have to make it work with a cartoon character with big eyes and cartoonish features.

the funny thing is people putting these videos out thinking most people want to see what these characters look like under the hood. but in reality, it probably scares most people to see the bare animatronics...

seriously, with the realistic silicon masks or make up used for films and those animatronics, added to all the new AI technologies, in a few years we won't even be able to differentiate between human or robot

1:24 - "Ak-ku-tators"? Pretty sure it is "ak·choo·ay·trz" ;) Pretty impressive how complex the newer ones are. Going to be a crazy world in 100 years or so.

I think the people who think of, make, and test these animatronics deserve to be richer than Disney itself. At this point I feel like if their animators and Disney park animatronic engineers they'd absolutely loose everything they had. Which is unfortunate because Disney was supposed to live on forever until they got political

If Disney doesn’t have a future with movies considering what they’ve been pumping out, they’d have a real future in robotics because these things are amazing!
