On July 17th, 2015, the date of Disneyland's exact 60th anniversary, I was lucky enough to be invited by my friend to have a drink with legendary Imagineer, Tony Baxter, inside the Carthay Circle restaurant. As if this opportunity wasn't incredible enough, shortly into our conversation about films and attractions, Tony said, "I have a friend who's on his way to join us." 10 minutes later, in walked Richard Sherman. I couldn't believe it. He sat with us and spoke about Walt, working on Mary Poppins, and his favorite songs. I don't know what I did to deserve such an amazing experience, but it's the most magical moment I've had in a lifetime full of experiencing Disney magic. I didn't want to do anything to spoil the peaceful and intimate moment, so I didn't ask for or take any pictures. All I have is my memories, but I know they'll last until the end -- just like the legacies of Robert and Richard Sherman. Rest in peace
