i kinda headcanon that when megatron went into his self imposed exile that team prime would have someone check up on him making sure he wasn't planning anything bad, but then other decepticons showed up, infiltrated the high council, and no one was able to check and make sure megatron was staying out of trouble i would have liked to see if megatron kept up his 'no longer fucking with anyone' lifestyle in rid2015, but that didn't happen

Ok, hear me out. The whole theory is that Bill died to the memory gun erasing him with stans mind,and that would allow him to come back when stans mind was restored. But if you look at it a bit closer, it seems more like the fire only left him in a weakened state, allowing Stanly to punch him to oblivion before his mind was erased. The memory gun didn't kill Bill, Stanly did.
