We start our day at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge with some breakfast at Boma, then we head back to the Riviera resort for an afternoon swim. Then we head to Epcot for Food & Wine and some rides, then Via Napoli for dinner!

Fun fact: my grandfather used to be in construction and worked on a lot of rides at Disney: Pirates, Splash Mountain, etc. But as a fellow Disney lover, I always wished I could get my hands on a picture from when he was building the Epcot ball.

I love the new firework show! It’s beautiful! Love to eat at the different countries at Epcot. My favorite is the restaurant at Canada. Unfortunately it’s always booked! But there are so many other great options!

My daughter (29) and granddaughter (7) are going to Disney for one day in 2 weeks with friends who are taking them as part of their wedding celebration (getting married in St Augustine). It will be a low-budget visit, but I’m hoping they can see and do as much as possible!!💜

I do love the Epcot fireworks show better than Enchantment. I liked the songs sung in the different languages and the fireworks coming from the Pavilions near the end is just so beautiful! I can’t wait to be back there! Not til November 2022…so long…lol. Love the vlogs!

Great vlog, FYI I have worked using that type of pizza oven and they need to be scrapped clean every few pizzas ( from flour mostly), when scrapping sometimes that can put out the fire

Epcot has been my favorite park since its opening year when I was a kid (I was 7 years old when it opened) I realize the Epcot I fell in love with no longer exists, but that doesn't mean I have to happily accept each new change that moves it further away from the original spirit of Epcot and more towards a 100% Disney I.P. park. The new show just breaks my heart a little. It would be a great show...at a different park. I just want an Epcot show at Epcot. (One without those horrible eyesore barges that sit in the lagoon all day and ruin all of your pictures) 😥💔 Also, I loved Epcot Forever because it totally brought me back to my childhood. (My thought is they wanted to throw us Epcot oldtimers a bone before going the Harmonious route) On a positive note, Boma and Via Napoli are 2 of my all time favorites!!! Love your Disney Vlogs!
