I did the exact same with both my younger brothers, my cousins, my goddaughter and with all the babies at a daycare that I use to work in, it truly boosts their confidence and it helps them in the long run.

This would make such a FUN series. And I’m sure if you contact Disneyland PR you could be like hey, and see about at least getting discounts…. But downside is you wouldn’t get to fully enjoy it with the kiddos cause you would be working, but still fun. But I would also look into the wilderness lodge and or the campgrounds LOADS of stuff to do at those. The value resorts are ok, but they are mainly gift shops, places do dine, and pools

I used to be a former Disney cast member. I can’t afford to stay on property but the hotels and areas are so beautiful and nicely themed. So happy that you’re creating some core memories for Saylor and her little brother 😊 Looks like fun!

I’m not sure if you guys are aware, but you get perks at the parks when you stay on property… so some days there are after hours available to resort guests only and I believe you get an extra 30 min before park opening as well. Just a little heads up for your future stays! This will be fun if you guys get to try out all the different resorts every now and then :)

Lived in FL my whole life. My parents never had the money to take my siblings and I to the parks so every now and then we would spend a weekend at the all star Disney hotels and then pool hop through the resorts and we had a blast. And we would also hop to a hotel that had the character breakfasts so we could take pics and get autographs. I cherish those memories

If you guys decide to go for a few days I suggest staying at the all star movies resort. It’s the cheapest hotel on property and I think the kids would love the hotel vibe. We are annual pass holders and love Disney and we usually stay in one of the three all star resorts. If you are looking for something with more punch I suggest fort wilderness cabins and rent a golf cart and I can assure you it will be a once in a lifetime Disney experience. Basically have your own little house in the woods and you feel like you’re not even in Disney world at times.
