The Boardwalk, BeachClub, YatchClub area is my favorite Disney resort area, my family are DVC members our home resort is BeachClub villas so much to do there plus love walking right into Epcot & taking boat or skyliner to Hollywood Studios

May like semolina wheat flour or einkorn flour if feel allergic to wheat...cause you may get more digestion with those unaltered grains. Green revolution changed productivity of grains on wheat stalk and to keep it from falling over, but less protein and nutrients. So imo have to eat more to feel as satisfied. Modern wheat from 1960s kinda gives drop of presence when eating that staple, go to food ancestor heritage in you gauges if getting money's worth. Just saying. I like adding hot water to about a cup and a half of semolina flour, enough to form a sticky dough can shape. Make pasta by throwing into hot water and it becomes very sturdy immediately. ..cook like soup let it simmer while get sauce finished. Officially about two minutes but I let it cook for twenty and its fine. Semolina doesn't require rest after forming dough. ..or kneading. Can do any kind of shape...I like small "shells" to hold sauce but kids may like butterflies or crimping into dinosaurs etc. Good for diabetics.
