Ohh I forgot that sugar isn't always vegan in the US! (Bones are not used for sugar here in Europe) I was looking for a video like this for forever! Thank you! Edit: German beer is always vegan because of the "Reiheitsgebot" (old rules to make sure the beer is made well and doesn't make anyone sick)

My son has allergies to peanuts and all tree nuts. Obviously different allergies than you have but I really appreciate you bringing attention to those who have to make these accommodations and have to plan ahead, look at menus before going out to eat, reviewing ingredient binders, speak up at all restaurants, etc.

This list is great! I’m also vegan (27 years so far) and last Oct and again this March were my first ever visits to WDW, so I did a lot of food research prior to my visits. Your videos were super helpful for knowing what to pack, thank you. I also loved the Ube donut at Everglazed in Disney Springs! If you haven’t tried it yet, you should. Not too sweet and it’s huge!

Great, informative vlog! I prefer to eat vegan and always interested in the plant based options at Disney. My daughter is vegetarian and is allergic to peanuts and soy, so we are always referencing the binders at the snack stations.

Warning about the Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe: The Norwegian Kringla has had various vendor changes over the last year. Sometimes it's vegan and sometimes it's not. Very important to check every time you order.
