Not an AP currently! We usually book a hotel & ticket package so the tickets automatically link to my account on the my disney experience app!

I’ve been so excited I love your videos!! So question, if my boyfriend did not listen to me and went ahead and did the pre check in for a room when we get there. Can I still go to reception and ask for a change?

thank you! and yes we did the pre check in as well and we were still able to make a request at the desk! she offered us a room that we could go to right away that was kind of far away or waiting an hour for that amazing location! it was worth the wait!

I've stayed at Pop a few times.. When I check my luggage in, they usually bring it to my room when it's ready! Just an FYI for the future :) looking forward to your other vlogs!

Yes great tip! They told us that was an option but that it might not arrive until after 4 pm due to the time of day we were checking in and we knew we’d be leaving for the Christmas party before then! But absolutely a great option if you’re not in a rush!
