We have an amazing Walt Disney World day! We start with breakfast at Cape May Cafe and then walk to Epcot. We walk the new Moana Journey of Water, Jess and Gigi meet Figment, and then relax in our room in the afternoon. In the evening, we head back to Epcot for the evening!

Those Epcot playgrounds and the play area at the end of journey through the imagination were such a lifesaver when we did Disney with my (at the time) 18 month old. Every park needs things like that. He loved them!

The reminder for people in the season with littles: clutch. We took my son on a dream trip with his grandmas, and I had to adjust my expectations midtrip because I felt like I needed to make it the best trip ever and I was stressing everyone out (and not having fun). Slow down. Expectations low. Have a goal. Realize they WILL have meltdowns even if they aren’t prone to them.

Okay watching the baby hands in the water made me tear up. Especially seeing the difference between Gigi’s and Felicity’s hand size. My daughter is almost one so I’m all in my feels haha

I’m a local who is at the parks once or twice a month. We have one daughter who started going when she was 4 months old. Every phase of her Disney life has been magic - she is almost 14 now. Like you said, sometimes we moved fast, sometimes we moseyed. It’s never perfect…but a day at Disney is always special. Go with the season you are in - take a minute to look around and appreciate where you are. It can be overwhelming if you try to do it all and are disappointed when you can’t.

It's so hard because even when you manage your expectations you really don't know how it's going to be until you're there. Next trip I'm planning to do even less, lol. I want a park day, then a rest day, followed by a park day, etc. More rest days are necessary.

Ok. Every time I watch your Disney videos I immediately want to take my daughter, son-in-law and grands (ages 4&2). I remember taking my son at 4 and daughter at 2. They're 39 & 37 now. They remember nothing about that trip! But they do remember the 2nd trip when they were 8 and 10. It was so much easier that 2nd trip. However, if we have to wait until my grandson is 10 and granddaughter is 8 they may have to put me in a stroller since I'll be 80 then! 😅 In all honesty, I WILL be going as soon as theyre old enough to enjoy it and remember it. I'd say 6 and 4 or 7 and 5 would be perfect! I should still be walking then ! 😂👍🏻 I noticed Tyler was not wearing his Ray Ban Clubmasters but another cool pair of shades. I noticed because I'm a RayBan addict. Loved the Moana area. All children love playing with water. Looked like the girls were having fun. Is there anything more precious than a little one's hands! 🥰 Look forward to Vlog #3.

Hey guys..just love your Disney vlogs. They just make me smile thinking about all the years I took my children to Disney each year. It absolutely makes a diff in their age , the little ones get tired but they are so excited they dont want to sleep. Thanks for reminding me of all my memories at this extraordinary park! ❤

We thought we had prepared ourselves for low expectations for our son’s first trip last summer (he was just about to turn 2), and even then it was hard to truly prepare for it. He’s a bit of a sensitive kid so he basically ended up tolerating mild boat rides (we didn’t even chance Frozen Ever After), a couple of omnimover rides and the safari. He got scared of the door transformation bit during Enchanted Tales with Belle, the orchestra turning on Donald scene during PhilharMagic, and the canon shots of the Peter Pan float during Festival of Fantasy - in hindsight, we should have brought noise canceling headphones, because I think the common factor was unexpected loud noises. We also didn’t have rest days (although we took long breaks every day) so I think it just became overstimulating by the end of the trip - at that point he was even unsure about getting on It’s a Small World. So now we’re going into our next trip this August with more knowledge but still low expectations because the kid he’ll be then could be so different from the kid he is even today, so there’s really no way to prepare for it. But they’re beautiful memories nonetheless

Hi from Australia! My brother in law is American (Texan) and we always tease him about the way he holds his fork (in a non mean, take the piss way) and when I saw Jess cutting that pizza I had to screen shot it and send it to him 😂. You guys hold your forks weird 😂. Love the vlog!

Hoping Tyler gets his fish from UK. He said his #1 fish in chips in overall. I went to Epcot last year and ordered fish and chips. 100% agreed, my favorite all time fish was from the cart in the UK section.

When my siblings and I were kids it was all about doing what we wanted to do over trying to do it all. My mom didn’t start that until we were older. And my grandma watched us so my mom could ride big rides with my older sister Also that Santa sounded like Steve Carell and it’s funny.

Yes the postcards I did it with my grandson all in one night it was exhausting we needed maybe two days for that I’m not sure he even enjoyed it towards the end 😂

I’m considering bringing a 5 year old, 3 year old, and 3 month old to Dollywood in a couple months. I feel like it will oddly be a good time to go. The baby will still be sleeping in a carrier or stroller a lot and the older two will be able to hang fairly well 🤷🏻‍♀️

YES traveling with a 1 year old is SO hard. "Slow paced" is how I'd put it. Our girl is a great sleeper but she's always resisted sleeping in the stroller so during trips we book it back to wherever her bed/pack n play is set up (or in some despesate moments she sleeps while we carry her. It stinks but it's better than her not sleeping at all I suppose.) We went to Spain when she was 14 months and I absolutely agree about keeping expectations low.

We spent Christmas at Magic Kingdom and it was the best! It was my first time as an adult and with my kids and we just loved it. It became my favorite park. Cant wait for you vlog on it. Edit: We went with our 15yo daughter and our 7yo daughter AND with my in-laws who are in their 70's. So it was a challenge to be on Disney Parks for us. But we all enjoyed it, it was park the whole family no matter their age group found amazing.
