Your friend that had cast refresh pins , she said one was tick tock croc but the one she showed was Lewis from Tiana's movie. The one that plays the trumpet. She like you always has great pins.

Wow, it's so nice to receive that lovely Rapunzel zap from the young couple. Wonderful surprise indeed! Thanks for sharing your magical adventure. I love looking at all of the DLP pins and boards. I wonder if there will ever be Cast Refresh pins of characters from shows that were America based/born? That would be pretty cool!

They were so, so kind ❤️ There have been lots of cast refresh from American movies 🙂 the Croc pin showed by Monica is actually Louis from Princes and the Frog - plus lots of others ☺️ At some point we will see if we can go through them all in a video x

Brilliant video, love that you got a present for Frank! He definitely wasn’t expecting it. I’m going on the 20th and 21st of this month for the first time with pins and i’m so excited! Shame there isn’t as many as there’s been in the past, i’m sure i’ll still find some good trades. Thanks for showing the trading it has made me even more excited to go 🥳

@@disneyanddaysoutThank you I will! One thing i did notice while you were trading at the board with frank is the board was all mixed and wasn’t categorised like normal with LE and hidden mickeys etc. Are they not doing the catergorised boards anymore?

@ yes, we noticed that. It was more like the boards that come out in the other shops sometimes. We unfortunately were only there for two days, with only one being the weekend when the board comes out (as our daughter was ill and we had to leave a day early) so we didn’t ask enough and be around it enough to figure this out.

The envy i have for you guys. Here at disneyland in anaheim. We are plagued by fakes. The fact that many CMs do not care to check for authenticity is infuriating. Makes trading at the boards a miserable experience because I rarely pick something off the boards and have to do trivia to even pick up a decent real pin

Oh no! Are there lots of traders in the parks to make up for it? And do they also have a lot of scrappers to be careful with? We are very lucky, but it can also be hit or miss to whether there will be boards out at all 😔

So glad you are still showing pin trading. Can I ask you if you know why DLP does not trade loungefly pins?. We are told here in US they are official Disney pins, so just curious if you know why they don't trade?. I am very happy that they are picky about pins you can trade just very curious though. Great Cinderella pin that you got. Actually the sorcerer Mickey one was too. Thanks so very much for sharing with us

Thank you ☺️ we aim to do a lot more and have another on the way very soon. They will only trade official Disney pins in Paris and not anything else. We are unsure why, but would guess that it is much harder to tell a real from fake.

Since Loungefly pins are "licensed" and not made directly under the Disney name they are not considered to be authentic by DLP guidelines. The artwork still gets approved by the pin department but different materials/manufacturers are used.
