Man, the Parks Phineas isn't bad at all. I always thought Phineas translated to 3D better than people give him credit for, and the way they made the meetable character's head look soft and cute despite being triangle shaped is some genius design work. I do want to see a World Showcase Adventure video! I've done a lot of research on it myself since I've always found it very fascinating as both a parks fan and a guy who really REALLY likes Perry the Platypus. I wrote a page for it on TVTropes if you want to use that as a basis, and there's some WILD stuff on this attraction, like the Kim Possible version having a beta tested finale within the second floor of the Imagination Pavilion building, a hidden tribute to the Agent P version in Magic Kingdom that implies Perry is dead, and the Ducktales version taking so long to come out that it was rendered obsolete almost immediately after opening by the source show being cancelled and taken off reruns while the IP it replaced was announced to be getting a comeback.

I also met them at the meet and greet they used to have at MGM/Hollywood Studios (the first time in March 2012). I went to see their live show in February 2012, which was where I "met" Perry the Platypus during the show.

@@DistoryDan Ah yeah, I heard Ringo Starr was the first actor to play Mr. Conductor in Shining Time, which actually makes a whole lot of sense to coincide with his original narration for the UK and redub several lines for American audiences. Not to mention Michael Angelis only dubbed several episodes for the US in the early to mid 2000's.

I will point out that at announcement, they did not specify what the rollout would be. It’s looking increasingly like Disney Channel first and then Disney+, but consider that Hamster & Gretel s1, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur s2, and Monsters at Work s2 are making their way to Disney+ in three very different Disney Channel-first ways

I have so many pictures of me from like age 9 or 10 meetings Phineas and Ferb and every single time every single picture you can see me dancing with them. There’s even a picture of me getting kissed by Ferb and honestly, I am forever sad that these characters are gone because it’s my favorite show and I’m so excited to see it coming back. Best to meet and greet of all time for me as a kid was Phineas and Ferb.

i frequented disney parks growing up in florida, simply bcs phineas and ferb was my special interest at the time. like, kinder - 5th grade. basically the entirety of my childhood. the "brand new reality" attraction at downtown disney, the meet and greet, the experience in epcot, you name it. my dream was to meet perry at the parks and to this day that hasn't happened 😭 i'd be absolutely thrilled. i attended any limited time phineas and ferb offerings i could. i remember staying at the dolphin hotel with my dad when i was 8, and the receptionist knew i LOVED perry, so he sent a few free perry things to my room along with a letter from major monogram. apparently doofenshmirtz was in the magic kingdom and i had to go find and stop him 🥹 idk. i just have super fond memories of phineas and ferb in the parks. im in my 20s living in NC now but i'd honestly return to florida if i had a chance at meeting perry

Seeing these videos of the dance parties they hosted in the parks to the live touring show they had brought back so many memories! I still have the Agent P Flip Top Cup from the show- it didn't seem as nightmarish from the back as these up close images seem thankfully! Would love to have a video based on the Epcot mini games, especially Agent P's World Showcase Adventure! I am a huge Perry fan so it was always a must do whenever we went to EPCOT. It's also extremely interesting that it wasn't as well documented as one would think, leading to a lot of dead ends when trying to find screen recordings of each mission and each possible outcome one could get - especially older ones that were retired earlier on (such as one to do with Maelstrom and one that gets you a Doof Viking card) or ones that rarely showed up (Agent P in a boat in the moat near the Japan gift store area- only like 2 pictures of it exist [no videos to be found], and it was my favorite mission outcome so I'm so bummed! What I would give to own that Perry in the boat...) Some coverage on these lost media aspects of one of my favorite Disney activities would be so cool to watch!
