I will never be able to go to Disneyland but it is so nice to be able to see it through your eyes! magical! My grandmother went in 1973 drove across country from VA to CA in a Buick. Lol now mind you I am now 52 and she has passed on of course but I will never forget the stories she told me when it was brand new. She brought me back some merch, but back then they called it souvenirs. Lol Also she made 8mm film of some of it. I still got it today on a remade CD. Looks a lot different in 2016. Lol love it! I think she found it quite magical way back when too! -Shelley

Fantastically magical video, you two. The Disneyland Band is sounding great as always. What a view from your hotel, too. I noticed over the years the fireworks get lower and lower. I think it's because their neighbors living on the downwind side were complaining about the ash landing on their cars and houses. Even so, Disney seems to have figured out how to make the night time magic in the sky happen.

My fiance and I live in SoCal and we are APs at Disneyland so we go all the time. We are getting married in November and we are going to WDW for the first time for our honeymoon. I decided to look up some videos about WDW and came across yours and I am obsessed!!! I love your style and it has been so much fun watching your reactions to Disneyland because I feel like that will totally be us when we go to WDW (amazed like little kids). Looks so good, the Parade seems better than Orlando's but don't know if its because their buildings aren't to scale so can see things better, I don't know, just seems like more space.

+janet ovens I'm going to disagree with you on the parade thing, I think Orlando has the better parade. I like Disneyland's parades, but they have to pace them out so much to let people cross the street at various points it makes them feel like 5 mini parades. Orlando has enough room that they don't stop the parade to let people cross so it seems more action packed.

Went here for my honeymoon, Stay at the same hotel. Booked way way way in advance and asked to have a room with a view. When we got there they gave us a room on the first floor with a fence in the way ...couldn't see a thing. The room was smelly like smoke and dirty. Didn't give us anything special in the room for our honeymoon. You only get married once...and they really disappointed my husband and I on our honeymoon. Its funny how they gave you guys a good room and not some others. Anywho love your videos. Wish everyone could have an as magical stay at these places as you guys do...

+Mistaria (Mistaria001) We paid extra for a room with a theme park view, and asked specifically for a view of World of Color. I know it is already passed, but if you are in the situation again you can ask what room number they are putting you in and check it against maps of the resort. I'm not sure about Disneyland, but at Disney World you can even ask for specific rooms or room numbers when booking. TouringPlans.com has a section of their site for the Disney World Hotels that has pictures of the view from each and every hotel room on property. It is an amazing tool.
