I kinda have mixed feelings about these sorts of museums because it’s quite narcissistic being all about taking photos of yourself - but it does look fun and the backdrops are really creative & awesome-looking!

The steamboat willie and plane crazy structures are identical to the ones in the mickey true original exhibition in New York i went to. It closed in February, I bet they reused those!

I saw walk-through videos of MTO in NYC and the boat photo ops are pretty different, and I didn't see a Plane Crazy cut out, but similar for sure!!

I am from Canada and I will be at California in July and I was wondering if the Disney downtown as fee for entrance or is like a mall. Can we compare as the Disney Springs at Orlando?

Susana Paquette Downtown Disney in California does not have an entrance fee, you will have to go through security before entering downtown Disney. The Pop-up Disney Experience in this video though you do have to pay for.

Kiiiind of But Mickey True Original was like a true museum with art installations by established artists. This is more poppy and wraps with the only real purpose to use for photos!

No- ESPN Zone left a looooong time ago along with the AMC and Rainforest Cafe. Those buildings were going to be demolished to build a new 4-diamond hotel that fell through maybe a year ago. The buildings have just been empty, so this was a way for Disney to use up the space while figuring out what to do long-term to that area of DTD.
