Disneyland Paris Day 1! BRAND NEW PARADE - A Million Splashes of Colour! Best Disney Food & Dreams!

Hi guys welcome to aclaireytale!! NEW SERIES INCOMING! Disneyland Paris Vlogs 2024!!!!
Today it's our first day at Disneyland Paris! We check into Disney's Sequoia Lodge. I will do a tour in a separate vlog! But I show you how close Disneyland is from Sequoia Lodge. We have a special character interaction at Sequoia Lodge and it's goofy in his wilderness gear! We walk across Lake Disney, past Panoramagique, Rosalie, we walk through Disney Village and get breakfast at Starbucks. We then come to Disneyland Hotel the entrance to Disneyland Park. We went Disney and head down Main Street USA, check out the castle and all the amazing installations at the central plaza. So many princesses, characters etc. We then go for a Disney snack and the Disney bakery. We go for the chocolate covered marshmallow. We then hear that the brand new parade will be starting a day early! We watch the brand new A Million Splashes of Colour parade and show! Disney Symphony of colours! It was amazing! I show you a side view and then our view from the next day when we were right at the stages! We had an incredible view from the castle hub, definitely recommend watching from the stage! We then head to Phantom Manor to ride that and then we see Phantom Manor Mickey! We go for lunch at the Market House Deli and have the famous croque monsieurs! Best disney food in my opinion! Best quick service anyway! We do some Disney shopping! We shop for some Minnie/Mickey ears, plush, homeware. We then go for a short break at Sequoia lodge! We recharge our batteries for the night. We walk into the park just as Disney Stars on Parade is on! We then head to It's a Small World and Pirates of the Caribbean. We have dinner at Casey's Corner and then it's time for Disney's Electical Sky Parade the new drone show! Unfortunately there were no drones! We stay to watch Disney Dreams! One of my favourite nighttime Disney shows! I leave you on an empty Main Street.

I am so glad Charlotte made you get the Mickey plush!! I was screaming you need it Claire. 😂 Mickey and Winnie the Pooh are my two favorite Disney Characters and sic my weakness when I see merch with them on it. The new daytime parade was so cute! What a great day and night you had. So sorry the drone show did not work out. What a bummer that you could not go into the referbed DL hotel. I too want to stay there someday. It is so pretty entrance to the theme park.

Despite the wet weather this was a fun day with a good friend. Your hotel looked nice and great location. I have never visited this park but I have to admit with you that the entrance is rather special. You were both like a couple kids as you entered and outside the castle. Even more so buying the Mickey ears. By the way at that price the Mickey plush had to come home with you. 😂. Great timing for the parades. Pity the drone show was cancelled. As Charlotte said “magnifique”. 0:06

I genuinely tell myself everytime that I have no more space for anymore, but then can't resist!!! ha ha !! 😛 Controversial as it is but I've not yet had a Croque 😮🙃yeah I know.... Great vlog . Went to DLP last May for the 30th and also stayed at sequoia lodge . It's a lovely hotel but the rooms definitely need updating . Such a shame there was no drones . I've watched them on another vlog and they were absolutely amazing ! The electrical parade was always my favourite at Disneyworld.shame it's no longer there . Thanks again for taking us along xx

Yeah they do don't they! I do wish they all had air con too! It was just so warm our room! And it was freezing outside!! Great resort though just love the theming! I know I will have to go back to see the drones! Thank you for watching!!

Amazing!! I said about 1min into the vlog that it’s about a 10 minute walk. It’s so near! It’s so well situated! Rooms are a little dated though I’ll upload a sequoia vlog in a few weeks so hopefully that’ll be helpful for you!! Thanks for watching!

Sequoia is such a lovely hotel - and so close to the parks too. Well done for holding it together when the new shos music started 🥹 So, the big question is... which Small World do you prefer?

Sequoia is amazingly situated, it is looking a bit dated though definitely needs a revamp. Haha I think Paris is better than Florida for small world! But Tokyo beats Florida!
