4pm, the exact spot at the beginning is near hyperspace mountain but the parade crosses the front castle and the main street so you won’t miss it !

@@ramyagalla During this summer, Disney Stars on Parade is at 11:30am every day. The parade starts at the gate near It's a Small World and it goes all the way to the gate near to the park entrance.
