The reason why the things weren’t moving was to physically save electricity and energy for the night as the night needed the energy and Disney is eco friendly so they try to put things in place taht is why sometimes they miss floats and other things especially for the soirée event.

Geppeto replaced tigger Tarzan or whoever is on the back of the float with Timon hasn’t been on there for a while peter’s float has been broken for a while Duffy is only in the parade during special after hours events
