I live locally, but about three years ago I decided to treat my two grandkids to a one night stay at the Disneyland Hotel on the Club Level. We were surprised with a serious upgrade when we checked in. Our concierge was excited to escort us to the Mickey Mouse Penthouse suite. What an awesome upgrade. Something that none of us will ever forget. Disneyland is awesome! Thanks for the great tour!!!

Oh my Disney!! On the memory wall, there is a simple star-shaped tinker bell wand. I had one as a little girl and it was one of my favorite toys!! I haven’t seen one in over 25 years, and was beginning to think I had imagined it!!! The hotel looks amazing, I had never seen the inside of it!

Amanda is absolutely right, Disneyland hotel has the most Disney "magic" of all the DLR hotels. I love the Disneyland Hotel.

OMG, I'm completely blown away. Disney did a really great job with remodeling these rooms and the last time I stayed on site at a Disneyland hotel was when I was a child. I stayed at The Grand Californian and The Disneyland Hotel and they were both really incredible experiences. The penthouse suite looks so high end and so original. I love the color of the bar setting and the red really shines out to perfection. Get Away Today is so amazing at what they do and I just started following their Instagram and so is Disneyland Tour Guide. I'm planning to book my next Disneyland vacation with Get Away Today.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Disneyland hotel once many years ago. It was a dream. Even had club level amenities. And I have to thank my wonderful grandmother for that amazing experience. I love her so much. Also the shampoo bottles and such used to have little Mickey ears caps, they were cute.

Staying at the disneyland hotel is the best and so worth it! So nice to be able to walk back to the hotel easily to rest up and then head back to the park!

This is a crazy story . . . during Disney's Year of a Million Dreams (2007), we were at Disneyland and happened to be on the Peter Pan ride with my daughter, (who was 5) and she happened to be sitting in the exact right spot. Some cast members pulled us off the ride and personally escorted us to City Hall on Main Street and let us know we were the Grand Prize winners of the day! We were the Grand Marshall of the parade, received Dream Passes (unlimited Fast Passes), dinner at the Blue Bayou, and a nights stay in the Mickey Mouse Penthouse (back before you could pay to stay there). It was so incredible! Watching this video brought back so many memories of that night. We didn't want to go to bed! Not sure if it's still there, but there was a magic mirror Mickey behind the mirror in the entry way. You could talk to him and he'd actually respond. There was a hidden TV behind the mirror in the Master bathroom. The wall on the kids room had a big Mickey head with built in shelves. We enjoyed our own private concierge lounge with free drinks and snacks. It really was the best day ever and one my 20-year old daughter still talks about to this day. She usually always wins in the "2 truths and a lie" game.

That penthouse suite looks amazing. It looks like fun if you have little kids. I have all teenagers. I'm pretty sure they couldn't fit on that bed. Which is a bummer because they would love that suite. I feel like sometimes. The teenagers get forgotten about. They love Disney too.

Great vlog! My brother and I had Disney curtains (our mom made) in our room, that watch clock, and I owned the OG Disney lunchbox! I think my brother still has a 45 of Spin and Marty! My older brother has an old Disney ashtray that belonged to our grandfather. Such great memories…☺️

my wife and I stayed in the Fairytale Suite as a mini honeymoon after getting married at the disneyland hotel in december. the suite was incredible and well worth the money. we didn’t get access to the E-Ticket lounge though and I’m still not sure why.
