So.... everyone has to park in the parking lots and take a tram? Is there parking in front of the park ? Is the parking at downtown Disney and you have to walk through it?

The majority of people park in the lots provided; the main being Mickey and friends/Pixar pals parking structure off of Ball Rd/Disneyland Dr. There are additional off site parking lots when those structures are reaching capacity at Toy Story parking area off of Katella and Harbor, they then bus you to the park. There is no parking in front of the parks. There is parking at downtown Disney at specific lots but most lots are a good distance away and you’ll still need to walk to downtown Disney then walk through downtown Disney to get to the park. Closest parking being at the hotels but you’ll need reservations to the hotel to park there.

what did she say about strollers? Children out of strollers and then what about all strollers? where do you put strollers during the ride?

This was back before the reopening so I’m not sure if the same applies but they’ll allow you to have the trollers next to you folded up. If your in the bigger/wider area (the front of and/or back of each cart) they’ll allow you to have it next to you unfolded, but your child can not ride in it and must sit on the tram bench away from the door or on your lap. Again, this video was before reopening so rules may have changed.
