All four of these displates are entirely made out of metal which makes adjustments and moving the frames very doable. There is no need to make holes in your walls to hang these up. All you need to do is stick the strong magnet on the wall and align your Displate to how you see fit. The Displates we show in this video are the Medium size 17.7" by 12.6".
We do recommend purchasing some displates for yourself. They had fast shipping and were very well packaged. We both agree they are super high quality!
We originally wanted something different and unique to display our gaming and weeb interests without having to completely destroy our walls by hammering nails into them. It was the best option for us.

I will most likely do an update video. I want to get a larg glossy print as well so I can show the difference in the matte and glossy finish when I do an update video. But it might not be till January. I work around 50-60hrs a week in nov/dec. Sorry it won't be sooner =/. But that will give them some more time to fall off if they are going to lol

Hey have you had any issues with the magnets unsticking from the wall causing the posters to fall? I’ve seen a decent amount of people saying their magnets came unstuck after a while. I’m wanting to put some over a wall mounted TV, so I really don’t want them to fall lol.

Is it easy to remove the magnet mount sticker from the wall if needed? without actually damaging the wallpaper / wall?

Yes. You have to peel the leaf off slowly with the magnet so it does not leave residue or take off the paint. I'm sure the paint quality also matters that is on the wall.

Is it normal in USA that you have to give an identification number (to show that you exist) to Displate or other online shops? I´m from Germany and to me that seems not really trustworthy when you have to give so much information or even the identification number.

In the US a normal online transaction consists of entering your first and last name. Your street address to were you want the product sent. An email address to receive a tracking number and Receipt. And a payment method like a credit card or some source of online service like PayPal. So no identification number. Hope that helps.

I did an update video. As far as all the ones I have put up in my office they are still holding up great. Lisa threw away the leaf stickers you put up first and we put the magnets up against the wall with out the leafs and one of them fell off in her room. It was the middle one piece marine displate in the update video.

Yes! The leaf and magnet are not to hard to remove. You just have to slowly peal them off so it doesn't leave residue or take paint off the wall. If you need to move your Displate to another location after you already used the leaf and magnet you can buy more on there web sight. displate.com/about-mounting

Did the Displates ever fall off? I kinda wanna pick one up and put it on some free space over my monitor. But I'm kinda scared it could fall off the wall. My wall has a little bit of structure, so the surface isn't completely even, but I'd say it's less than on your wall. Btw, great review

Thanks! They have never fallen off and it's been about 7 months now. But if you're worried, u could always drill a hole in the magnets and put them up with a nail or some wall hangers.

She also has 3 in her office and did not use the leafs to protect her wall lol. So if they fall I am drilling a hole into the magnets and popping them back on with nails because they were definitely pricey. Sorry you had a bad experience. I just put the sticker and magnet up. They are secure, the magnet WILL NOT hold the poster. Not even a little bit. It will click to the poster but as soon as you let go, it will slide right off. I just bought four plates, can't hang them at all, now I have this shit brown paper on my wall. Spent almost 400 dollars and they can't even supply proper mounting hardware.

unless someone can clarify, I do believe a large amount of this art is stolen / not credited to the original artist. For example lots of Hew's works are all over. So basically your just paying purely for the company to print the piece onto a sheet of metal and deliver it to you

Selling those kinds of copyrighted stuff will online doesn't work long term but as you can see their website is still up and running so they must have some ties with these companies in exchange of small royalty. Nowadays You simply can't keep your website running with copyrighted stuff running on your website . I'm just wondering how they managed to contact all these other artists for revenue sharing explanations and meetings . They have partnered with many famous creators too and i don't think any big creator will work shady companies.
