I didn't see this video before my last recommendation about putting high-value small games inside the case. I read your reply to another commenter about replacing this case with one that uses glass shelves which is great. An idea about game systems is that you only need one or possibly the box for each system you sell on a shelf. Placing a large readable piece of paper in front of each, a customer can see you sell PS2s for a certain price or an original Nintendo for another price, etc.. You can store your stock in a back room. If you don't have a back room, maybe keep some behind the counter and the rest stored elsewhere, refilling when you think you need to do so.
