Display Your Countdown Timer & Graphics with Props in ProPresenter

To simplify a translucent background, instead of using another object (rectangle) behind the text, set the Fill color in the text box. Then click it again and select the Advanced tab. Instead of just the expected three R, G, B sliders, there are four, and the last one is labelled 'A' for Alpha. Alpha is the opacity of the Fill color. Turn it down, and test it until you get the effect you want.

This is great. On another note, how do I use messages to go to screens in the sanctuary but not to the stream?

Messages have a layer in ProPresenter, so you can disable the Message Layer for the StreamOut layer for example. Using Looks, Then just show it on the MainOut layer. -Nathan R

So you can have the timer running on top of the Announcements? Currently trying to get that to work.

I j7st downloaded the trial 2 days ago. And propresenter people keep talking about what it can do instead of showing us how to do it. In 12 hours of watching video I have d9wnloaded a s9ng, can't get the backgrounds to show without clearing the lyrics. Somehow I accidentally did make a slide for trunk or treat and I have no idea how I imported the picture but it worked and edit/text let me add a date.

Ps. C9ming from mediashout, the pro is like Chinese language to this chimp. I can do 4 songs, a sermon and update current events on mediashout in about an hour. Pro presenter doesn't have a place I can do an entire service ? I have to click thru each item I want and that's if I can find it? Do you have a video starting from. Pure scratch showing how to do a slide with jpegs, text, and then add another slide next and next?
