Which projectors do you use at your church? From my experience using stream decks, the can only control a limited number of projector brands like Epson and Panasonic, I don’t think it works with Hitachi

Looking forward to seeing the build - we use StreamDecks with Companion for lighting scenes/power control, video source swiching amongst other things in our main auditorium, and have been planning on a similar build in a multi-purpose room in our church.

I've been working on building a button panel from scratch that uses MQTT and Home Assistant with various custom integrations to turn things on and off and stuff. It's been working at my church very well and very reliably for the last few months. I'm still working on getting the button panels to a place where I can make them quickly so I could sell them, but it's all open source on my GitHub page. Home Assistant makes it a lot easier for church volunteers to manage the automations and program different buttons to do different things, and it integrates with literally everything. I made an integration for ProPresenter so different slides trigger lighting scenes.

This is amazing to practice mixing and remain sharp. I want to go back to the shop and try this immediately.

Hi did you try to connect all streamdeck to one raspberry. Thre are USB vi RJ45 cable up to 80m 250ft.? Lower cost on raspberry.

This isn't for Beginners! I need to know what the basic sections of the screen are for first, before I worry about fancy backgrounds. And you are whizzing around the screen so fast, saying 'Click here' before I have had a chance to see where you are clicking.........

I've been mixing live for 30+ years and have tried about every app available. Everything I've found for the overpricedpad and adroid is so terribly limited. Just layers and layers of oversized controls that you have to keep switching though to find all your channels. X32 Edit gives you so much control in just one layer I don't understand why anyone would use anything else. Just switch to the Channel tab on the top row and some of my tablets gives me up to 25 channels on one layer, including access to many of the channel controls. Even all 16 bus sends are available, at first I thought they would be too small to be useful but once I tried I found them easy enough to use. Other tabs across the top give you access to every parameter of every control. Once a show is going I can attach a keyboard and mix with only the arrow keys. I do wish they would do some more updates but even as is X32 Edit beats all other programs I've tried for live mixing hands down.

Revamped Props has been huge for my church. I’m using them for lower-third sermon slides. If I use linked text and have it search for specific object names (and set up my sermon slide themes accordingly), then I’ve got the ability to easily display content in a different template without a lot of annoying workarounds with alternate templates and making sure different pieces don’t show up improperly on the stream.

How about if you're wanting to go from a video that automatically goes to a blank slide (that has a new light setting), that will lead into the next Header and slide immediately (which is a video worship background) that will show up just prior to worship actually starting? I tried what you showed and it just sits on the blank slide and doesn't go to the worship background slide. Thanks for the help!

Issue I have with MX-Q app is that it hasn't been updated for ~4yrs. That is also the reason the M32-Q app performs so poorly is it hasn't been updated in 8yrs. (This is for iOS, not sure on iPad)

The routing directly on the X32 is abysmal, my best advice is to load Mixing Station on to your Mac/iPad/iPhone or PC, and use the routing tab in the App. So simple and straight forward, I couldn’t believe how complicated they had made it to do it on the desk. Mixing Station is also a great way to mix out front.

I was thinking of using this just for my monitor mixes in the studio. I don't need it for recording, as I have 2 Focusrite interfaces total 16 pres. Would this work using it this way? I only have 6 channel analog headphone amp. I think using the app my players could just each monitor mixes on their phones.

Great video, I've learned a lot from it! But one thing I'm curious about is splitting the input signal. I Have the X32 rack with an S16 stagebox, which should be placed near the drums and connected with x32 rack via AES50 (10 meters). I need to route 1-8 inputs of the S16 into the 1-8 outputs on the rear side of the x32 rack, without being affected by input gain. Basically I just need to split the input signal before any gaining, to feed whatever the FOH console is - I use the x32 for in-ear monitoring, not for FOH mixing. I've successfully routed everything, but unfortunately, PRE-FADER is the lowest option of OUTPUT settings. I'd need something like PRE-GAIN option. Is there a way to do so? Anyways - thank You for your videos :)

Hey Nathan. Thanks for the video. I was wondering. We are using the x32 rack on stage with our shows. And I am wondering how can I get the most out of it? I have a feeling I haven’t unlocked its full potential on quality for our IEM system. We run multiple Sennheiser EW G4 systems with it and we have 3x 6 driver in ears but the audio quality isn’t what I would thought it would be. Do you have some tips on things I could check? Like EQs, or whatsoever? To make us sound better on audio quality in ear? Thanks.

One question, Google can't handle. I want to use two X32 parallel, one for live, one for stream. We have a remote stagebox connected with the AES50 A connector on our first X32. Could I use the AES50 B on the first X32 to feed the 2nd X32, that it may be used the same way as the first one?

I have an announcement loop that I want to show to both in audience and livestream before the service actually starts. I’d like for my live stream to have some royalty free music but not my in house guest. Do I just route that music to channel 3&4 in the inspector to make that happen? Thanks! We just switched from obs to Resi and it’s been a little of an adjustment!

Is is posible to keep my local outs and use additional outs on my SD16? We are a setup tear down church and leave our x32 rack on stage and setup a table in the back with two computers along with the sd16 and iPad to control the x32. One computer sends audio and the other receives it for the live. In the past we have ran several cables from the front to the back but they are bulky and with translation stations, stereo ins and out from the computers the cable management has become a nightmare. Add on this the room we use has been split and so we now need to figure out something more practical which is why i opted for the SD16. The issue I am running into is, I have designated outs locally from the x32 on stage and need at least 2 outs in the back for the live. Can this be done? If so how? Can I have main outs, sub fed busses, in ears etc on stage and program the SD16 to only give me stereo outs for my livestream? Appreciate any help!
