Among the first things in Dawa of Islam, after Tawhid is Aqida and Manhaj. We have 5 pillars of Islam to guide communities, 6 in Iman to guide individuals, 5 protected in shari'a - din, life, mind, family and money to guide greater society. Tawhid means monotheism... it has 3 categories in its simplest forms. Rububiyah/Lordship - Regarding Allah's actions as Creator. Ilahiyah/ God - One served, so our acts assigned by & for Allah alone! Siffat / Attributes - How to understand them properly! Aqidah is summarized above as the layers of pillars in particularly the 6 pillars of iman. Examples of the 5 pillars of shariah: 1) Din - atheism built 0 civilizations & Islam is the preserved faith others point to. 2) Life - halal hygiene and diet, Ibn Taymiyyah said there is no extreme group except there is a non Muslim behind it, today is the same & Islam is free of them. 3) Mind - Islam is preserved faith so we can built on unity and transparency, even modern science method is by a Muslim to make science transparent like Islam. 4) Family - marriage balances and grows individuals and socities, and no one is born qawm loot, the id twins study proves this. 5) Money - Zakat inspired social benefits, and we ban harm profit like unequal lending, etc. Manhaj - means method of dawa or order or priorities. So in Islam we have priorities and an order to do things so we can more then we lose in each step. So in Surah Luqman it says obey your parents but don't obey them in Shirk because Allah comes first, give in sadaqa but give to your family and the needy first! Or how we do wudu before salat etc. So we have our priorities. If Sunni Muslims understood this, there would be less fighting. Yes we are a team and separate on duties but there are still minimum everyone should hold on to and to and the pillars give us something to build on and directions... Also we have to avoid certain mistakes regards to our pillars or sects the Prophet peace and blessings on him and his companions Radiyallahu anhum spoke of. ~~~ As for the popular speakers. Zakir Naik he is a da'ee and student and a debator, he is not a scholar that grounds ppl in knowledge to help build long term iman. he has made many sectarian errors like promoting sufis like dadu who push civil wars and even al queda. This is from the kawarij sect who the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him said is from the dogs of the fire. perhaps he repented from the al queda remark but he errored on dadu recently. Menk is deoband, some deobands error on Tawhid and think its ok to supplicate to graves, this is shirk because du'a is worship and is from the assigned acts only for Allah. Menk is popular but he was very weak in the danish interview as well. thats not scholarly. See Qur'an 6 : 162 and 40 : 60! here watch this : *What Has Mufti Menk Taught You About Islam?* Yasir Qadhi similarly , says that du'a to other then Allah is bida, when itself is shirk, if someone is ignorant Allah may excuse them but it doesn't reduce the size of the sin. Qur'an 2 :22! He has many errors, he has lied on Umar bin Kittab not knowing 6 pillars of iman of the Quran in his video "ecumenical salafiya" 39 minute mark. He has lied and said 12er shi'as are in the fold of Islam when many of them say Ali is a god, if they are Muslim then christians are Muslims too... and this is the type of belief that contradicts the basics of Islam. the last one I don't know but it sounds like tariq jamil who is a sufi... the reason why some da'ees are warned against is if they error on Aqidah and sectarian way, then they attack your foundation of Islam and this is why the ummah does bad and doesn't unite. being firm on the Aqidah and manhaj i mentioned above is what and how we progress and build together. @@holdshiftt2run308 im specifically talking about directly addressing women in third person or in first person as an example when allah in the quran addresses the prophet wives he says *O wives of the prophet* he is directly addressing them in first person or when allah says *divorced women should wait by themselves for three menstrual cycles* or when allah says *mothers should breastfeed* he is addressing women directly in third person im aware that the arabic language uses the masculine form when addressing both men and women together but the question im asking is why the quran never addresses women in general directly in first person and third person except for those special cases i mentioned because the quran does in fact address men in general directly in third person and first person but why not women ? Thats the question that has been running in my head and inshallah i will find an answer.

I hope you did your research on this list of scholars. Hijab's point is to open up the door for people of misguidance like Shabir Ally and Yasir Qadhi and 'dr' jonathan Brown. Like I said I hope you did your research on this list since Allah will ask you about it on yawmil qiyamah. Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah does not withhold knowledge by snatching it away from his servants, but rather he withholds knowledge by taking the souls of scholars, until no scholar remains and people follow ignorant leaders. They are asked and they issue judgments without knowledge. Thus, they are astray and lead others astray.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 100, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2673 There's prerequisites for scholars in order to be called scholars, if they haven't fulfilled the prerequisites than they can't be called scholars. It's just a naseehah for you akhi that you should be correct with such a mighty task for a list.

@Ibrahim Ibn Mahmud in sha Allah kheyr, I just see a possible harm that needs to get tackled and be known to the ummah before all the ulema die out and the hadith of this prophecy becomes fulfilled by the Qadrullah and jahiliyya will prevail, the ulema are the inheritors of Rasulullahﷺ An-Nabi. The true ulema are like guiding stars, calling to Allah and the jannah, but they're dying one after the other till there will be no on left. And the callers to hell and ar-ruwaybida will rise and prevail by the many, the man of the sunnah will become a stranger to this vast ummah, because the screech of shaytan's bidi' whispers have scarred and carved so many paths just as Rasulullahﷺ drew in the sand, all of them will lead to hell except one, and that's the one Rasulullahﷺ and sahaba (R.A) was on. So I stress the importance to share to the ummah of the fact that a jahil will never recognize an Alim but an alim will always recognize a jahil. So what can we take from this fact? We need to recognize as a ummah that the ulema of the sunnah have that direct chain of link to Nabi Muhammad ﷺ and the salafussalih. It's through the 3 saved generations we can understand the original message and foundation. So if someone truly grasps this then he should hold on fast to this and never let go. Because it's the one rope of Allah and during these times of hardships and fitnah it will burn like ember in the hands, so cling to it and bite it your molar teeth. As an ummah we need to recognize that the inheritors of Rasulullahﷺ have written down the criteria for who's an alim. At least learn these, then we would never have to see the bar sink so low, some people actually think yasir qadhi, 'mufti' layth and shabir ally and their likes are scholars. I would recommend you go through the list of prerequisites for an alim that ulema have laid out. Being an old student of knowledge in one's senior age and being on salafiya and haved studied under an alim for many years doesn't necessarily make you an alim. I recommend you read this link akhi to be on the safe side. Uplifting someone to be an alim when they're not might cause a bigger harm than not mentioning the names in first place.
